Jenni Werner

Jenni Werner (she/her) is the Executive Artistic Director at The New Harmony Project. Previously, she was the Director of Literary and Artistic Development Programs at Geva Theatre Center in Rochester, NY. There, she developed and produced Geva’s commissioning work. She led the development of more than 45 new plays and served as dramaturg on more than 30 productions. Prior to Geva, she was the Director of Programming at Theatre Communications Group. In 2025, she was the dramaturg for Keiko Green’s WAD with American Lives Theatre. B.A. in Theatre and History, Knox College. MFA in Dramaturgy, UMASS Amherst.
