Jeffery L Sparks, Founding Board Member
Mr. Sparks is a founding Board member of The New Harmony Project. He
received a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre from the University of Evansville
and a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Theatre from Florida State University.
Sparks was President of Arts Management in San Antonio, Florida, and an
assistant professor at St. Leo College in St. Leo, Florida. Jeff served as
the Executive Director of The New Harmony Project from 1987-1999. Before
that he served for ten years as the Executive Director of a treatment
facility for delinquent youth. Currently, Sparks is President and CEO of Heartland
Film Festival.
